These conditions apply to all transactions placed online with Out ‘n’ About (Northwest) Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this wesite, If you do use this website and place an order you thereby agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. All Contracts shall be Governed by English Law.
Ordering and Payment:
We are pleased to accept orders on our website, however these are subject to availability. Out of stock items will follow when available, you will be advised by your email address of any such items. Payment is accepted online using our secure sever, payment methods are VISA, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Electron, we are sorry but we do not accept AMEX. If you prefer to pay over the phone or by cheque please email your order and we will contact you with payment information. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be responsible for any delays incurred. Card fraud is illegal and any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Delivery:
All orders received will be processed as soon as possible, usually the same working day, every effort is made to ensure you receive your goods as promptly as possible. If you have not received your goods within a reasonable period then please contact us and we will aim to resolve any issues. Goods will only be dispatched to UK addresses. In the event of goods being delivered damaged please contact us within seven working days, If you do not contact us within seven working days then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory. We will not be held liable for delays in transits outside our control.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive faulty or damaged goods you can return them for a full refund or exchange including postage costs within fourteen days of receipt. If you have changed your mind and decided not to keep your order or any part of your order you must return it to us unused and with the original packaging intact within seven days and you will receive a refund for the item concerned, in this instance you are liable for postage costs incurred with the transactions.
Distant Selling Act: We aim to meet our obligations under the distant selling act, as such you have the right to cancel an order you have received and is unused within seven days after the date of delivery. This does not apply to goods that have been used, personalised, software where the seal has been broken or items ordered specifically for you. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us by email, phone, or in writing. The item must be returned unused and with original packaging intact, you are responsible for postage cost’s incurred and a refund will be issued for the purchase price on safe receipt of the goods.
Force Majeure: We will not be responsible or liable for disruption to our service outside our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, war, civil commotion.
Pricing, Errors and Ommisions:
We do our best to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. No responsibilities are accepted for errors or omissions, and we reserve the right to alter our prices at any such time.
Security and Privacy: When your credit card details are sent to our website they are done so using a Secure Encryption (SSL). Once an order has been received your credit card details are erased from our server. You personal information is stored in a secure environment and is not passed on to third parties.
Complaints:
Should you have a complaint, in the first instance please write to us at the address below. We will aim to rectify your complaint as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
